At Modern Lux Furnitures, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered

Return requests must be made within 48 hours after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with all accessories and packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or special-order furniture

  • Items returned after the allowed return period


Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • A replacement product may be provided, or

  • A refund may be issued where applicable

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.


Delivery Costs

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
